I’ve worked for over twenty years in shaping industrial relations at every stage from the shop floor to the boardroom. During that time I’ve :

  • Negotiated complex pay deals spanning every pay grade in a large organisation
  • Supported individuals through sensitive grievance and disciplinary procedures
