Whether it’s simple messaging, regulatory compliance or just good governance, there are times when you’ll want to influence and persuade with the right tone and timing. I know the difference between shouting loudly and taking a more subtle approach.


Campaigning with impact

What happens when the news becomes the news? When the BBC decided to reinvest its budget into digital content, while cutting vast swathes of Local Radio output, it was a big story. Working with the National Union of Journalists, I created a suite of social media content to get the message across. With bespoke graphics and powerful audio, the union’s message was front and centre of the conversation.



Tailoring the message

Public campaigns are one thing, but communication is also about influencing the landscape in which your business operates. I have extensive experience of feeding into public consultations, taking an evidence-based approach to produce feedback on behalf for large organisations. I’ve also experience of organising stakeholder events, Parliamentary lobbies and working with Select Committees to drive forward messaging.

Governance and regulation also pose challenges to businesses. I’m well versed in working with regulators and consumer groups in shaping effective and manageable compliance strategies in a range of scenarios.
